By selecting a Danley® joint armouring system you can be assured of long-lasting, quality armoured joints. ArmourMate® joint armouring systems are used in commercial and industrial applications where the concrete slab edges are exposed to traffic such as trolley jacks, forklifts and trucks. Without protection, these joints will break down resulting in cracks, holes, damaged vehicles and tyres. ArmourMate® protects the joints and extends the operational life of the slab.

Gamma ArmourMate®
Gamma ArmourMate® is an economical high performance joint armouring system. It is specifically designed for concrete slabs subjected to high loads and impacts, and to meet the demanding applications these slabs will endure over their lifetime.
- Tighter tolerances
- Armour edging for hard or cushioned wheel traffic
- Cold rolled precision steel rails 3 m long
- Black or galvanised rails
- Lapped joints in rails
- Integral separation plate
- Dowels integrated into separation plate
- 10 mm diameter x 100 mm long shear studs induction welded to the rails
- Frangible fastening system holds rails together during transport and installation, but breaks as concrete cures
- Pre-fabricated four-way intersections,
T junctions and corner units
Plate ArmourMate®
Plate ArmourMate® is designed for situations where a large gap is expected between the joints due to slab shrinkage. The plate over the gap provides a smooth ride for traffic travelling over the joint, minimising wheel damage and impacts. Three models are available to suit the expected size of the joint opening.

- No form work to strip and clean after pouring concrete
- Light weight and easy to handle on site
- Easy to install with the Danley patented staking system
- Comes assembled with the Patented Danley Diamond Dowels
